Episode 24 This is What Happens When You Do It Again and Again

My new landlord is a tough lady (again). She doesn't always pick up phone call and every time she does, she talks so fast. She usually replies email, as brief as she can. She remembers everything; she's sharp, assertive, yet cold blooded.

In our 39 emails, every time, no matter what she says, I put a smile at the end. And this is what happens when you do it again and again and again.
